What You Can Learn:

Sandy's classes and courses enable you to learn Hatha Yoga as a life science. The learning of Asanas (postures) helps to develop and maintain greater strength, flexibility and balance. The Pranayama (breathing exercises) boost energy, stamina and help calm the mind. The learning of relaxation provides a means of calming the mind. Relaxation techniques can counteract the effects of stress and allows the body and mind to recharge.  Meditation helps the individual to become more aware of themselves, their needs, and what is truly important, bringing increased ability to focus and concentrate, especially on the things that truly matter.

Fees: £56.00 Single, & £105.00 Couples for 8 consecutive sessions.
The class is run as a rolling program & you can re-book subsequent sessions.

Class run by Sandy Sinclair & Helen Bolderstone (Both Midwives) 
I also run private sessions for couples to prepare you both together in the privacy of your own home.  I will take you through the whole birth process and teach you Breathing techniques, various Postures for active birthing, Visualisations, Relaxation and Meditation techniques (enables a positive mind set to be maintained) as well as massage techniques.
