Yoga for small private groups:

Participating in a yoga group with friends is an excellent way to become motivated and enjoy sharing your yoga experience. It is also a cost effective way of having a more personalised session.

 

Getting Started

Regular practice of yoga, whether in a general class setting, small private groups, personal training sessions and attending workshops will impart great benefits to you. You will learn to develop greater strength, flexibility and balance. The breathing exercises will boost your energy and stamina and calm your mind. Relaxation will help to counteract the effects of stress and enable the body and mind to recharge. Learning to focus your mind increases self-awareness and concentration.

The warm and friendly atmosphere, which is created in the class, enables you to feel relaxed and comfortable. This helps you to begin to centre and focus and prepare for your yoga practice. You will learn to "live in the moment".
General classes are so popular for they cater for all abilities and most levels of yoga practice. The non-competitive and supportive environment encourages and motivates you to want to make the time to attend regularly.

Workshops:

Workshops are an ideal way of getting together with like-minded people in order to deepen your yoga practice through self-study. There is more time to explore the various aspects of your yoga practice and to share experiences with others.

Personal training for individuals and couples
Yoga sessions in the privacy of your own home enable you to enjoy the individual attention of your yoga teacher, which means that each session is tailored to your personal requirements. Also sessions are booked to fit in with your life style and commitments.
An initial consultation during the first session entails a detailed history taking (medical/social). A full assessment of your alignment and flexibility, co-ordination and movement, motivation, expectations and ability to relax will be observed and discussed with you.
A personal programme and schedule of sessions will be discussed and arranged with you and periodic reviews will take place.
