During the session you will both get to know each other's
personalities. Through touch and play you will have fun together
and experience the present moment. The interaction between
you and your new baby will enhance communication as you develop
your ability to read your baby's body language and follow
your natural instincts.
You will be a good role model for your baby as you will
show your baby the importance of staying healthy and this
will promote good physical, psychological and emotional development
for your child.
What to bring to your session:
- All usual baby equipment
- Large towel
- Sweet Almond oil or Grapeseed oil (organic if available)
- Yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own mat)
- Drink of water

Yoga and Baby massage build a healthy body and mind for mum and baby.
Yoga and Baby massage enable you, as a new mother , to readjust
more easily and rebuild your personal resources of esteem, confidence, self and
body awareness.
The nurturing that occurs whilst practising yoga and massage encourages baby
to learn to feel safe, secure and loved. Tactile stimulation promotes positive
interaction with your baby, as touch is the most developed of the senses at birth.
It enhances communication and confidence, as you and your baby relax together
and get to know one another.
